Tom has spearheaded many initiatives during his tenure at Bayshore. He currently is charged with managing Human Resources. As such, he is responsible for employee benefits, the monitoring of employee certifications as well as the on boarding of talented new employees. In addition, Tom currently works with the Technical Services Department to develop more efficient processes and procedures. He also monitors customer contracts to insure the highest standard of contract compliance.
