I've lost 100 pounds in 50 weeks by learning to eat right and work out every day. It’s been a long road, but very beneficial for me. I’ve learned all about proper nutrition and exercise habits that will stay with me for the rest of my life.
As a Diabetic, I went from taking inordinate amounts of insulin, plus 4 pills a day, to NONE AT ALL. My medication bills have dropped from many thousands a year to just a few dollars monthly.
I feel great about all I’ve accomplished and have been able to share with many folks. I started by just walking 5 minutes twice a day until I developed my own exercise routine including resistance and weights. Anybody can do this from their home or any other location.
Many thanks to the American Heart Association and the Start Heart Walk program. I encourage everybody to look into it and participate. I can’t stress enough to everybody I meet, to just get their complete family medical history and get tested even as early as age 40.
I encourage everyone to read all nutrition labels and learn the right foods to eat, in the right amounts, and to exercise daily.
